By using FlipScan you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What FlipScan does

FlipScan uses AI to identify household items from photos and suggests a listing title, description, and price based on typical secondhand-marketplace values.

Pricing is an estimate

The prices FlipScan generates are AI-generated estimates, not appraisals. Actual resale value depends on local demand, condition, brand, and timing. You are solely responsible for the prices you list and any sales you make.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you scan. By using FlipScan you grant us a limited license to process them with our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating a listing for you.

Acceptable use

• Don't scan illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, or anything you don't have the right to sell.
• Don't upload images of other people without their consent.
• Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Daily scan limits

Free usage is capped (5 scans/day for guests). We may adjust limits at any time to keep the service running.

No warranty

FlipScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the listings or prices it generates.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
